We are thrilled to announce that the EuReComp project team made a significant presence at the recent workshop on “Efficient, Lightweight, Sustainable Advanced Materials” held on June 6, 2024, in Brussels. This event brought together industry leaders and innovators to discuss advancements in sustainable materials that align with the EU Green Deal targets.
Our project coordinator, Mr. Dionisis Semitekolos from R-Nanolab, and Mr. Robert Bohm from HTWK, attended the workshop, representing the EuReComp project. Their participation underscored EuReComp’s commitment to leading the transformation of composite materials recycling through innovative methodologies for sorting, repurposing, and recycling.
The workshop provided a platform for fruitful discussions and exchanges on the latest research actions and results in the field of sustainable materials. It emphasized the importance of developing efficient, lightweight, and sustainable advanced materials to achieve substantial reductions in carbon footprint and advance towards a circular economy.
We are proud of the contributions made by our team members and are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of sustainability and innovation in composite recycling.
Stay tuned for more updates on our progress and future events!
